The access points are a bit dirty and neglected: graffiti, broken paving stones... The viewpoint is beautiful and quite unknown, even to many locals. It would be a good idea to promote it a bit so more people can enjoy the views, although of course, that doesn't generate income.
The neighborhood behind it is also super nice, clean, quiet, and with well-maintained gardens; kudos to the residents for their management.

If you want views of the Rincón and the estuary, this is the viewpoint for you...
You can see a large part of the Rincón, the beach, and further away, you can see Torremolinos and its mountains... Located in a beautiful old residential area with hints of a white village, near the fishermen's houses, you can take a stroll and lose yourself in its old squares.
I recommend going up and admiring this balcony, which is unknown to many.
