Really happy with PolarAir. They got back to me quickly, turned up exactly when they said they would, and were genuinely friendly and easy to talk to, explaining everything clearly. Efficient and professional from start to finish. I really appreciated them making time in a busy schedule when I was worried about something. Would definitely recommend.

Whether for installation or servicing, I highly recommend Polar Air Conditioning. From start to finish, they are true professionals - on time, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough with their work. Whether it’s installation or servicing, they go above and beyond to make sure everything is done to the highest standard.

Their customer service is excellent - friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to a great customer experience.

If you're looking for a team you can trust, you simply won’t find better.

I highly recommend Polar Air Conditioning!
Great communication with Jordan, then Darren and Mateo serviced our 3 units. Very friendly and efficient throughout the visit, letting us know what they were doing at all times and passing on some useful tips. We will definitely use the company again!

These guys are so busy you have to book early. They came punctually this morning and installed a complicated double unit. Very friendly, professional and cleaned up everything after the job. Highly recommended.

I don’t write many reviews but thought that these guys deserved a mention.
They fitted 3 new air conditioning units competitively priced.
They came on the day we’d agreed, on time, and all 3 guys were extremely polite and worked efficiently and tidy.
Highly recommended
