Dr Alfonso consulted for me, diagnosed deep gluteal syndrome and recommended a minor operation which involved an injection into my hip area. Within 2 months I am walking again without pain, using the gym and playing padel. A very successful and efficient service. Very professional.

My experience at this clinic was extremely disappointing. I went in with long-term problem involving daily bleeding, swelling, and sinus irritation from a tooth with a failed root canal. Despite these ongoing symptoms, the dentist refused to extract the tooth simply because the X-ray looked “normal,” and dismissed the issues I live with every day. I was offered a completely irrelevant gum cleaning instead of proper treatment. I left feeling ignored and unheard, with zero real help for a problem that affects my health daily. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking thorough or patient-focused care

Receiver very fast, good and friendly service. A special mention to nurse Sofie in reception, extremely friendly and helpful. My Spanish is very basic, so the clinic found staff that could translate. I came for an ear infection. Arrived at opening 9 am on a weekday, no appointment. I was given an emergency appointment and was seen by a nurse and doctor within 5 minutes. I was treated and prescribed medicine all within 30 minutes of arriving. Total cost 95 euros (excl ear drops that cost 8 euros)

I visited Dr Ignacio Castaño Uhagon in Dermatología. He checked over several concerns I had a treated a skin infection. He was very professional and spoke English. The girls on reception where also very polite and helpful to me with me initial enquiry and in 2 other visits I made to ALEN POLICLÍNICA.

This clinic overcharged me for insurance co-payments (3 times... not just one mistake, but seems to be a bit of a scam) - check your statements carefully. Also, one of the physician's assistants was incredibly rude - yelling at me in front of other patients, for a scheduling mistake that was actually made by reception. Totally unprofessional. As for the doctors, it's a bit of a gamble. The dermatologist was in such a hurry that she didn't have time to answer my question. The ENT was a big waste of time. Dr. Dadsetan was good, though. Sophie at reception does her best to manage what seems to be otherwise bad management. I don't plan to return to this clinic.
