Marcel and I had an excellent experience with this car rental company in Malaga.
The vehicle was extremely clean and felt almost brand new, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The service was outstanding from start to finish — professional, efficient, and very friendly.
What truly stood out was their customer service. We had an issue with a parking ticket that had been charged to us, and their team took care of it quickly and without hesitation. That level of support really made a difference.
We highly recommend this company to anyone visiting Malaga. Reliable, trustworthy, and truly customer-focused.

Nice cars, no problems with return. Deposit back on card in 24hours. Good parking place included. Very good, reliable company with english speakers. Smooth and easy rental. OPENED ALSO ON SUNDAY!

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!
We rented bikes from here. One of the bikes was in horrible condition. We managed to cycle for about an hour before problems started. Chain kept falling off because the chain was too loose. The gears stopped working and kept jumping between gears. The wheel was rubbing on the frame. And the basket and headlight on the front fell off from bolts falling out(?) anyway when we came back we reported the issues. But employee Gabriel was threatening us. We explained the problems to him and he said he will report us and fine us etc. Kept saying we destroyed the bike. Do not hire from here!

Friendly and supportive staff. Hired a Prima hire car for two days, in Malaga Spain with no complications and my deposit was returned promptly, excellent service. Would I use Prima Rent a car again? Absolutely I will!!
