I like Primor and often buy there. Today I went to their store on Calle Larios and had such a great experience I'm still reflecting on it several hours later. I had a significant list of various items I was shopping for. By the front door I asked for guidance and was linked to Angela, one of their employees.

Angela was the epitome of great help in a store: with professionalism, knowledge of their inventory, and patience she guided and coached me as I looked and bought each item on my list. She helped me do comparison shopping, pointing me to items similar to what I am used to but by local and Spanish brands.

A great experience and I am grateful.

A little hidden gem! The front of this store is a perfumery, while they have cosmetics towards the back. If you're traveling and have run out of your clinique products, make a quick trip over here!

I had an awful experience at this store, primarily because of the cashier's disgraceful behavior. When it was my turn to pay, the cashier refused to process my payment and rudely directed me to another register, despite clearly being available and able to handle the transaction. It was obvious she had no legitimate reason to deny my service, and the whole situation felt incredibly discriminatory.
It’s unacceptable for a business to treat customers this way, and the lack of professionalism from the staff is shocking, I just left the stuff there and left. This store needs to seriously rethink its customer service standards, starting with better training for its employees. I will not be returning, and I encourage others to avoid this place if they expect to be treated fairly.

It's impossible to walk in the store with a stroller or with a baby if you have so it would be nice if it become a little bit bigger or they remove some of the shelves and the measure so people would be moving or shopping freely

There were about 8 store clerks in this store but only 2 of them were helpful or pleasant. I am walking with a crutch and needed to buy a product and exit on Larios. The rude clerk at the Larios door would not help and said I had to go to the back to pay. That meant a great deal of walking all the way to the back of the store and back to exit on Larios. The clerks talk to each other instead of waiting on customers. They have not been trained in customer service.
