Torralba Novias

My experience couldn’t be any better!! I don't speak Spanish, but I was able to communicate and receive the best customer service of all. When I entered, I was recovering from a cold. I felt overwhelmed and insecure, but your warmth and support changed everything! The moment I found my dress with you, I felt joy again. You literally chose my dress for me and IT WAS THE RIGHT ONE. Thank you Belen and Robert, for not only helping me find a beautiful/ THE PERFECT DRESS, but also for helping me feel better too. I will remember that feeling forever.

I'm so lucky to have found Torralba Bridal!!! 💝 Thank you for helping me choose the perfect dress and having everything ready for me in record time. For making everything easy and enjoyable, and for being so kind to us. Belén and Rober, thank you for making our wedding day magical and making me feel like a fairytale princess 💫. You are so sweet 🤍!!!

I couldn't have chosen a better place! I bought my wedding dress there in November, and the experience was perfect from start to finish. Belén and Rober are lovely, professional, and make you feel comfortable and beautiful at all times. They gave me all the time in the world to try on dresses without rushing me, although I later realized we were short on time. They have a great price range, and nothing is inflated. The customizations were done easily, with impeccable care, and at a very fair price. Plus, the seamstress they work with is an incredible professional and super friendly. They were always available on WhatsApp, being incredibly flexible, and they helped me a lot to prepare for the big day, showing me how to handle the dress perfectly. It's a top-notch service with warm people who genuinely want you to feel special. Thank you so much for everything!

I arrived at Torralba Novias after an appointment at another bridal shop. I was feeling discouraged and had lost all hope of finding my dress.

From the moment I opened that gate and was greeted by such a beautiful, old, and romantic courtyard, I knew this was the place I was meant to be.
Belén and Rober welcomed my mother, my two best friends, and me with exceptional service from the very first moment; I almost felt like we were part of a small family.
It all started with a relaxed and friendly chat where they understood my essence, the key to finding my dress, and showed me a dream catalog!
At that moment, I understood that both Belén and Rober knew which dress was for me, even though I didn't know it yet.
Although the appointment was only two hours long, I was able to try on many dresses at my leisure, and we ended up staying for three hours. At no point did I feel like they were trying to force me to buy something; quite the opposite. Even Belén, who was so kind to me during every dress I tried on, finally advised me, once I found my dress, not to buy the accessories I liked yet because there was still time. I was incredibly grateful for that, especially since I'd come from the other store where they were trying to force me to buy a dress, even though it wasn't the style I was looking for.

Plus, their prices are fantastic and the quality is clearly excellent.

So I highly recommend making an appointment here to find your dream dress and leave there crying your eyes out, just like I did—and I was supposed to be tough!

Until I tried on my dress, and here's an important detail... I still look at pictures and cry! 😂 I can't wait for my first fitting to fly by.

Thank you so much, Belén and Robert, for this wonderful experience.

It was love at first sight, not just with the building, the boutique, the dresses... but with Belén and Robert, for their kindness, empathy, and professionalism. I went in with absolutely no idea what I wanted, and they found my perfect dress. It was my "I do," and all in one afternoon! Thank you for everything.
