We're from Madrid and my daughter took us, as she loves going there. It's the best place in Antequera for drinks and fun, with the best atmosphere and staff. The owner, Coquí, is lovely and a really nice person.
It was a truly horrible experience. We had been having a nice dinner with some friends when suddenly one of the many degenerate, drunken regulars at the place approached us. I could see this in just a few minutes, simply by noticing the lewd looks he gave our group. In short, the guy came up to my husband and asked if he could borrow his wife. My husband confronted him about this sexist attitude, as if I were an object, even though he tried to steer the situation in a more reasonable direction. He attempted the impossible task of talking to the man, trying to avoid confrontation despite the violent nature of the situation. Unexpectedly, in these supposedly better times, I became a victim of sexism and the objectification of women. We were kicked out of the place by the owner and an older, thin waiter who didn't hesitate to defend the harasser. I don't care, it ruined our night, that's all. But I would like to report what happens there with the complicity of the... Direction, I don't recommend it for those looking to have a good time, please avoid it
A dingy, disgusting place… a complete dive… and to top it all off, the arrogance of a character who thinks he's in the heart of Puerto Banús, this Nemesio guy… Not recommended at all, in any sense. This guy discriminates as he pleases… Drug dealing, cheap liquor, disgusting noise, zero respect for rules and regulations. If you want to ruin your day, this is the place for you.
