Quirónprevención

My experience at this center was very disappointing. I booked an appointment almost a month in advance, and when I arrived, they had lost it. I showed them the appointment confirmation email they had sent me, but it was useless.
They didn't even acknowledge their mistake; they simply offered me an appointment for another day because they were fully booked for that day.

To make matters worse, parking nearby is difficult.

In short, I left feeling outraged. I suppose they were just unlucky with me because if they always acted this way, nobody would go to that center.

I'm editing my own review to mention that although Quirón Prevención responded to this review saying they would like to review all the information in my comment to improve their quality standards, they never replied to the email they suggested I send them.

I suppose, then, that their quality standards have continued to improve without my input. For my part, I can only say that I wouldn't buy a used car from them.

The facilities are very small. We had to park several minutes away. The offices look old and have practically no natural light. The medical team and reception staff were great to us. But as soon as there were a few more of us at reception, we had to go outside.

Hello, regarding the staff and their services, I consider them to be completely efficient and effective. We haven't had any problems with anything our office has needed. However, the facilities themselves have a lot of room for improvement. Our employees have parking problems, and after a general survey, they feel the facilities are small, and often there isn't enough space in the common area.

Regarding the professionals and the service I received, it was a 10 out of 10, as they were attentive and performed a very good examination.

Regarding the facilities, they are deplorable: broken frames, dampness, cracked walls. I believe the image of the facilities is also important to the public.

I have been having my vehicle examined at this location for over 10 years, and I believe the company's investment has been zero euros.

I also want to point out that parking in the area is impossible, and access to the parking lot is also difficult, as it is located on a slope, making it hard for some people to reach.

The staff were great, from reception to the doctors and nurses. But we had to park very far away. We were almost late. I'm surprised that Quirón Prevención has such small and outdated offices in Antequera.
