Highly recommended. Gisel is a delight, very kind and professional. She's always attentive to each student and adapts the classes to their level and needs, so they're perfect for everyone. The atmosphere is very pleasant, and you can tell how much she cares about each class.

Absolutely spectacular! I went to a class to try it out and I've been hooked ever since. The teacher, Gisela, is wonderful, attentive, friendly, and a true professional. You leave feeling renewed in body and mind.
The class was simply spectacular. I left with an incredible feeling of well-being and energy. The real difference is Gise: her energy and attention to detail set her apart from other studios.
