Restaurante Poncho's

Went here last week and honestly can't stop thinking about that sirloin. Asked for medium rare and they actually got it right — something that doesn't happen as often as it should. Desserts were great too. Staff were some of the friendliest I've come across in a long time. Will definitely be back. Also, salsa berneisa is one of the best!

Had one of the most beautiful dining experience, as was over in Spain, and had the prevlidge of experiencing some of the local restaurants.
And what an experience, as this place was tucked up one of the side streets set off the front in fuengirola, was a very popular place. As inside dining and outside dining is optional, we opted for outside, even though it was evening and the temperature was around 12©, they did have large heaters, and offered blankets, so as to stay comfortable, and it was undercover. As in a large gazebo.
To the food, as it is in ounces, being the steak one is ordering, myself and our friends asked regarding the size of the steak.
So the chef cut the sizes and the waitress brought them out so as we could see.
Asked how we wanted them cooked, and to the order, it was perfect.
I opted for the fillet, and the others sirloin, of which came with different sides, and sauce's.
Every bite was so tender, and fresh, it was a pleasure to enjoy.

THE one and only steakhouse of Costa del Sol. Can’t remember the last time I had such a great steak that simply melts in your mouth. Absolutely juicy and tender! The service is particularly outstanding here as well - almost second to none. All in all a very well executed restaurant. No wonder it has been around for a very long time.

Our steakhouse of choice in the whole world...and we have visited most of it!!! I know I have reviewed here every visit. We have been coming here for about 17 years. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Steaks always cooked to perfection and the pepper sauce a must. Thank you Poncho's for making my birthday treat so special. The Argentina Melbec paired beautifully with our meal. Lovely attentive staff as usual, especially Annie who we have met many times. We can't recommend this establishment enough for anyone wanting the perfect steak. Go on ...treat yourselves, you won't regret it.
