It's shameful. The staff is untrained in how to work with the elderly, always trying to blame users for any complaints or resorting to emotional blackmail. They don't even work the hours the administration pays for.
These are elderly people who need understanding and support. Don't social services conduct supervisory visits?
The office staff is very attentive and friendly, but it's all talk and no action.
I believe this is a much-needed service for our seniors, yet they provide such poor service.

If I had to define Serainant, I would do so with three words: warmth, trust, and humanity.

It's not just a senior care agency in Antequera; it's a true extended home where older adults are cared for with respect, affection, and dedication.

From the very first contact, the service is warm, friendly, and professional. You can tell that behind every call and every visit is a team that not only does their job, but feels it and lives it with passion. They understand that caring is much more than simply providing assistance; it's about accompanying, listening, offering a smile, and bringing peace of mind to both the elderly and their families.

Terrible, 1 hour x 20 minutes
She goes out to run an errand for one user and then goes to do another one, 2 for 1
And when one user lets her down, she goes shopping.

Rejected because of my disability... I was attended to by a bitter and arrogant young woman.
They treat you rudely.
They hire caregivers based on whether the young woman likes you.
And many caregivers are glued to their phones, unqualified caregivers, most of them foreigners.
If they're not happy with their job, they should quit; there are plenty of unemployed people.

I don't recommend this place.

They discriminate against people with disabilities who want to work because, according to that young woman, all elderly people need a hoist and have to lift heavy things.

I hope that one day you get sick and have a disability, and that people like you reject you because of this condition that we didn't choose... I am fit to work.
