The massage therapist was coughing frequently with a dry cough and continuously sniffing. This is unacceptable and violates basic health and safety standards, as it puts customers at risk of infection. In addition, the jacuzzi was not a true jacuzzi—the water temperature was cold !

I needed a deep tissue massage two days after Ironman 70.3 WC. Over the years, Ive enjoyed many a sports massage but Irena stood out as a true professional - knowledgeable, accurate and strong. Athletes - do yourself a favour and request by name...

I came here for a massage. It was a different kind of massage where the specialist told me I was a "wind" person, and she used certain oils to calm me down. However, she guided me on how to breathe deeply 🙏 I really appreciate it.

But the €200 was not worth the 50-minute massage. I don't think I will do it again.

The only thing I like is the wet zone it such an experience especially in the morning time with the sun light.. so you can just get the pass for it, cuz the massage and other body treatments was so boring and below expectations, I would go there again just because of the wet zone

Avoid!!
1) their sauna is set to 92 degrees Celcius (200 Fahrenheit) which way too hot, it is against any health and safety rules. Apart from the immediate acute negative effects, it is now proven that such high temperatures may lead to build up of amyloid deposits in brain which lead to dementia and Alzheimer’s.
2) their jacuzzi is absolutely freezing. You are going there to warm up, yet it’s absolutely cold.
Both these issues were discussed with the team and their response is that that’s what it is, I.e. it wasn’t just an error on that day. That’s just how they keep it.
