We found 3yr old Negra on the shelters Instagram account and reached out to book time to meet her.
We completed an adoption questionnaire online to see if we were a good match and then were able to meet her a week later.
I was looking for a furry friend for my 13year old husky, so he came and spent a couple hours with Negra.
We went for a walk and played together, both dogs loved each other so we were able to adopt her the same day and bring her home with us!
We were delighted by this so Thank you all at the shelter very much!!!
The staff at the shelter were amazing , I could do everything in English if I wanted, or obviously Spanish. Noemi was really helpful before, during and after bringing negra home. Several people from the shelter have stayed in touch to speak with me and ask for updates on Negras new life, they really care about the animals.
The facility is very nice here, big open grounds, many volunteers working to walk the dogs and show them some love.
There are many beautiful dogs and cats looking for a new loving home, so I really recommend contacting the shelter to see if your families next new member is waiting here for you.

Excellent service and caring staff. We’ve successfully adopted our Dog after dealing with Noemi and the team, Luci and Patri. The staff could not have been more helpful and professional. Our visits to the shelter revealed hard working and caring staff and well looked after animals.

I couldn't be more happy with this place and the work they do. Amazing staff and volunteers. We adopted our lovely dog here and they supported us every step on the way. Keep up with the good work! These dogs really need people who care for them as you guys do.

After visiting the shelter, I wanted to adopt a dog named Titan. I filled in the long online application. Afterwards I got an email to say that my application was not approved. But I never got an answer why. I mailed them twice for an explication why my application was not approved. No answer.
I feel sorry for Titan, because he would be happier and better of with me, playing with my 2 other dogs in a big garden, a lot of attention, never alone. then being locked up in a bench in a shelter with shit on the floor.

We adopted a beautiful, sweet Bodeguero Andaluz from this protectora in Malaga. The staff/ volunteers were very efficient and caring during the adoption process. The maintainance of the facilities were top class and everyone working there seemed to truly care about the dogs up for adoption. They even followed up multiple times thru whatsapp to see how Toshi was adapting to his new environment for the first few months post adoption. I highly recommend this place.
