Fantastic service! The best experience I've had with this kind of service in Spain since I moved here 4 years ago. Carlos is a lovely person - very kind, nice to talk to, yet also very professional and efficient and great at his job.
We arranged a day for him to visit, and he looked at both my washing machine and my fridge/freezer. He fixed my fridge/freezer right then and there, and advised me on my washing machine (considering the cost of the part needed, it's probably better for me to buy a new one).
I was prepared to explain in Spanish and then realised I didn't need to - Carlos' English is perfect (even if he doesn't realise it!). I also found the price very fair.
Will definitely call again when something else breaks. Thanks so much for everything!

Carlos arrived on time, disassembled every part of the dishwasher, and explained each step he was taking and the reasoning behind everything, which was truly appreciated. He gave us a detailed diagnosis of everything. He was very kind, honest, and friendly. It was his first time at our house, but we will definitely call him again.
Juanma helped me over the phone about a problem with my washing machine, no strings attached. If all goes well, they'll bring the new one tomorrow, install it, and uninstall the old one. Excellent service!
