I needed to buy some sports equipment urgently, and they were incredibly helpful. The items had to be delivered to a nearby location urgently, and since I was in another city, they were incredibly accommodating. 18 total reviewsI went because I received a gift and ended up exchanging it for a voucher. When I finally went to redeem that voucher, the saleswoman was incredibly rude to us. The promotion was a 2-for-1 deal, and we were surprised to see that one item had two prices marked. A higher price was applied if you took advantage of the 2-for-1 offer, and a lower price if you bought the item without the 2-for-1 deal. Seriously? Hahaha.
The prices are generally high, but every store sets its profit margin, which is understandable.
This was my experience. I usually shop at these kinds of stores and don't typically encounter this type of treatment.
I received very poor treatment from one of the employees when I disagreed with her about a return. She had explained the return procedure at the time of purchase but then refused to accept it. She was rude and arrogant, showing a lack of respect and basic training for customer service. I will not be returning, but I will meet with the manager to file a formal complaint.
Once I discussed the matter with the manager and explained what happened, we reached an agreement and the refund was processed. I am certain this was an isolated incident and does not reflect the overall character of the establishment. Thank you.
Excellent service, and the sales assistants are very helpful and attentive in assisting you to find what you need!
Terrible service. They kept 30 euros from a voucher that they told me would be valid, but it turns out they did it to discourage us from ever using it again. A complete rip-off! And to top it all off, the saleswoman was incredibly rude.
