I paid 2100. 00 euros in cash for a new hardwire CCTV system . The alarm in one camera is triggered when it rains at all hours including throughout the night. Despite 6 weeks of asking to change the one faulty camera out of 4, sebastian ignores my request and does not respect my consumer rights to pursue and rectify the issue. I am still waiting FACUA are respectful of my rights.

I signed up with them from Madrid less than a month ago, and so far everything has been fantastic. They're friendly, attentive to your needs, and everything was quite fast. I'm especially grateful to Sebas, who was incredibly helpful and explained everything perfectly, and also to Rocío from the administration team. Thank you, I highly recommend them.
