As a tenant who rented an apartment from them, I signed a contract with completely illegal clauses (which they were fully aware of), charged illegal fees, and received no invoice or receipt. After the contract ended, they refused to resolve any issues, even laughing about it on the phone. I will be taking the appropriate legal action to prevent this from happening to anyone else.
I absolutely do not recommend them.
I was very satisfied with the service they offered me. The girls who work there are very kind and attentive, always looking out for your best interests. I recommend them 100%.
Real estate agency that doesn't do its job. They posted an ad, I sent a ton of emails, I called a ton of times, and nobody answered. After a week, I called again, and surprisingly, someone answered, but they told me the house was already taken because someone else called that morning and got it. And when I say I sent a ton of messages, I mean, I'm sorry, but we were doing construction.
They have the best prices in all of Malaga and their service is spectacular, with no surprises. Just ask them for whatever you need and they'll get it for you. I'll recommend them to everyone I know.
