Wowwww !!! My friend and I took a private sourdough & pizza baking class with Sophie yesterday. It was amazing! The attention, comfortable atmosphere, baking instructions, well ... ABSOLUTELY everything was a smash hit! Sophie works hard to make the best bread and to make sure her students walk away feeling comfortable with both the on-site learning and take away starter kits. She is thorough as a teacher, as well as warm and engaging on a personal level. I would recommend this class to anyone who wants to learn to make the BEST sourdough bread anywhere! I plan to hold private events in my home where Sophie can teach a class because I'm certain my friends will love to have this opportunity. If I am asked to give Sophie and Soulful Sourdough Bread a rating from 1 to 10, I would easily give her an 11 :o) ... that's how much we enjoyed the event!

When we are at home we always eat sourdough bread. On vacation it is not always easy to find tasty and healthy bread. Luckily we found Soulful Sourdough Bread via google. We ordered a large sourdough loaf, a rosemary honey loaf and bagels. They are all absolutely delicious! I will happily pay for this level of service (delivery to a location minutes from home) and the quality of the product above all.

We order a large plain loaf & a large Honey & Rosemary loaf, they are delicious, the pick up was very easy & Sophie was on time. I will definitely be placing further orders & recommending soulful Sourdough to my friends.
