Nice clothes for my children ages 15-25 years old. They love the design, colors, textiles, textures, quality, and prices are perfect according to quality. Service is professional, kind. Good experience

I had a very disappointing experience with Springfield’s returns process.

I placed an order on 13 April (€181.98), received it on 20 April, and returned items worth €97.50 on 27 April — well within the returns window.

I followed their process and returned the items via An Post, with proof of posting. The receipt clearly shows the parcel was sent, along with other items posted at the same time which all arrived successfully.

Springfield are now refusing to issue a refund unless I provide a “warehouse-stamped proof of delivery” — something that is not mentioned anywhere in their returns policy and is not something a customer can reasonably obtain.

At no point does their website state that returns must be sent by registered or insured post. Had this been clearly stated, I would have made a different decision. Instead, I paid €15 to return the items, only to be told my refund will not be processed.

This feels like an unreasonable and unfair barrier to refunds, placing responsibility on the customer for internal warehouse handling.

I would strongly advise anyone ordering from Springfield to:
• Use fully tracked/registered post for returns
• Be aware that proof of posting may not be accepted

Very frustrating experience and not what I would expect from an established retailer.

Never buy boxer shorts in this store!

The boxer shorts are smaller than normal, you can't unpack them. You can't try them on and you can't visually see how big they actually are. There is also no copy displayed for the demonstration.
When trying to exchange the goods, return them or get a voucher, no accommodation or understanding of the situation was shown.
Unfortunately, the employees in this store are not customer oriented. I know this to be different from competing stores.
Perhaps the employees here should take on experience from competing companies or undergo coaching.

I went to this shop to return my online bought items. When the cashiers saw me taking things for a return then she then told her colleague in front of me "Madre mía" something like gosh! Honestly, I didn't expect this kind of service from Springfield! She then unwillingly check one by one and exhale heavily in front of me to show her unwillingness to work! I think Springfield should train your staff better before putting them to face customers!

There is never XS size available in the store. So I can never try any item here.. What a shame
