Love this store. My favorite store for underwear,I have also bought a lot of light clothes for the summer,the fabric is so soft and last long because of 100%cotton. Loviit.

The second manager of this store in the Larios Shopping Center (as she calls herself) couldn't be more arrogant and rude. I went to pick up an online order and told her, and her response was to get in line, a line that stretched all the way to the fitting rooms. I mean, I buy online and pay, I just need to pick it up, and I have to wait in line like the people who bought in-store and are waiting to pay? I've already bought and paid, but the "second manager" told me no. I gave them a complaint form, and before she'd even given it to me, while I was still at the checkout, she told me to wait because she had to take some clothes to a customer. I waited for more than 10 minutes and had to go look for her in the fitting rooms because she'd ignored me. I asked for the form again, she went to get it, and after another 10-15 minutes, before I left she told me, "I'll give my side of the story to the company." I don't want the order, I'm never going back to that store, and now... The customer service is giving me the runaround about refunding my money as they said it would take 24-48 hours. I'm going to file a complaint with the consumer protection agency if I don't have the refund in my account by Monday.

One star because it won't let me give less. To pick up an order that's already paid for and ready to be handed over, I have to wait in the monumental queue of people who have to pay to avoid going out to get the package. What kind of customer service is that? Why buy online and then wait days for pickup? To wait in line again with people who haven't even bought anything yet? I've never seen that in any other store. Terrible service.

The experience has been quite negative due to poor store management. To pick up an online order, you have to go through a checkout, which doesn't make much sense. Furthermore, there's only one sales assistant, which causes enormous queues. To top it all off, the staff's rudeness only makes the situation worse.
