While on holiday in Malaga my wife’s phone stopped functioning normally and froze showing the screen in the picture attached. K-tuin told us the phone was unrepairable and all they could do was sell us a new phone.

“ Good afternoon.
We have tried to update and restore the iPhone without success. We have tried on several devices and were ultimately unable to do so, so the only option we have, given the damage to the phone, is to replace it with a new unit at a cost of €419.
You can come pick it up whenever you like.
Thanks and regards.”

Once home I plugged it into our iTunes account and updated the software and the phone works perfectly now.

I booked a confirmed morning appointment through Apple Support for an iPhone battery replacement and expected the appointment time to actually mean something. I arrived 15 minutes early, only to be told by a sales associate that I would have to leave my phone at the store and would not get it back until at least the next day because there were many other repairs ahead of mine.
What is the point of scheduling appointments if customers are simply added to the end of a queue when they arrive? Had I been informed beforehand that a battery replacement would take more than 24 hours despite having a confirmed morning appointment, I would not have wasted my time travelling to the store and arranging my day around it.
The experience felt frustrating and misleading. A confirmed appointment should create a reasonable expectation that the repair will be handled around the scheduled time, especially for a routine battery replacement. Instead, I only learned after arriving that my phone would be unavailable until at least the following day.
Fortunately, I went to the Save Store in the El Corte Inglés shopping centre instead. There, a compatible battery was installed within 1.5 hours at a fair price. The service was transparent, efficient, and significantly more customer-focused.
Based on my experience, anyone relying on an Apple Support appointment for a same-day battery replacement should be aware that a confirmed booking does not necessarily guarantee timely service at this store.

I waited over 20 minutes to ASK if they had AirPod pro tips… which of course they did not, I’m sorry but what “premium” reseller don’t have essential accessories for the products they carry, I will advise everyone I know how slow and annoying this service is, waste of time

I went here for tech support on a Thursday afternoon as I was locked out of Mac all of a sudden. I first spoke to Saray who called her colleague Alfredo to assist. Both were extremely friendly and helpful. Within no time, they had the issues resolved, and I could use my laptop again. I'd like to thank them for their kind and professional support!

Julieta, who works at this store helped me buy a new iphone.

She had good information about the phones and gave me good advice.

The phone I wanted wasn’t in stock but she had it for me the next morning.

She recommended good quality and economical screen protector and case and did a great job installing them.

She helped me with everything even though it was close to closing time 10 pm, transferring the data from my old phone.

She also graciously helped me with the tax reimbursement paperwork so I could be refunded the taxes since I am a tourist.

Great service!!
