She is the most professional, helpful and efficient estate agent I have ever met. From the moment I spoke to her about putting my apartment on the market, Jana's local knowledge and friendly support gave me every confidence in her and I was not disappointed. She had potential buyers lined up immediately and worked efficiently with my rental manager to show the apartment between guests. Despite it being the busy rental period with hardly any gaps when she could get buyers in she managed to secure a buyer within weeks.

Throughout the sales process Jana always responded promptly to any communication and was incredibly effective at coordinating with all parties. I cannot thank her enough for saving my sanity when the lawyer I had appointed failed me and had to be removed from the process in the last week before the sale concluded. Jana stepped in immediately, guiding me every step of the way, obtaining and providing the buyer's lawyer with outstanding documents and even helping me through the process at the Notary.

I rented an apartment in Calahonda, Costa del Sol in early January with my family, and I wished to say how helpful and professional were the staff at Suncoaster. Already we had found the booking process quite easy, and the instructions straightforward to follow.
