Sunset Beach Water Sports

AVOID!!!!! This place deserves no stars at all. We went to the beach and as a family of 6 and hired 2 paddle boards, you had to pay 10€ deposit per paddle board, which we accepted but never anywhere else have had to pay a deposit before. Three of our family members watched the others go into the sea with there paddle boards and recognised one of the paddle boards only had 2 fins, we didn’t say anything at the time but when taking the paddle boards back, the cheek of the EXTREMELY rude lady said we had broken one of the fins off. We are not angry with the fact of getting the money back it’s the point of the company taking the absolute mick!!! This sports centre is the biggest scam we have ever come across and the vile aggressive lady that works here seriously needs to be shut down!!!! AVOID otherwise you will be scammed like us, you’ve been warned!!!!!!!!!

Amazing how a business can survive on the premises of being rude , aggressive and treat customers with contempt.Bigger fools the public

Poor experience, I DON'T recommend at all.
Staff quiet rude, they rush you to put on your jacket and helmet only to wait for 10min by the sea; Minutes that they count in the 15 min ride.
The ride was fun but only lasted 5 min for 60€... (15€/ person)
!! Big scam, avoid it at all costs !!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! We rang up 1 hour before to ask about buying £150 Groupon tickets for parasailing. They said yes and to come down without reservation. We walked down 30 mins from our hotel with Groupon tickets. They said no parasailing today even though they had said on the phone it was fine. They wouldn't offer an alternative or a refund and the girl was very rude and wouldn't provide her name. We are going home tomorrow so we can't use the tickets and are now trying with difficulty to get a refund. WORST EXPERIENCE OF BENALMADENA!

Extremely bad and disappointing experience with water ski and wakeboarding on 4th July 2024.

1) The boat‘s engine was lacking power at start, because of a technical problem. So it was hardly possible to get up and very time consuming.

2) The boot of one water ski was damaged, so the ski was quite lose.

3) At the end, they wanted the full money for an extremely bad service with bad equipment.

No fun, especially for unexperienced! Just terrible.
