Sunshine Immo

I have been working with Natascha Konen from Sunshine Immo for almost 14 years now, and I can honestly say that she is exceptional.

She successfully sold my apartment and has also helped me several times in finding new homes over the years. The fact that I keep coming back to her says everything. In real estate, trust, competence, and reliability are everything — and Natascha combines all three.

She has a deep understanding of the market, communicates clearly, and handles every step with professionalism and calm confidence. At the same time, she brings a very personal touch to her work. You never feel like “just another client.” She truly listens and understands what matters.

Selling or finding a home is never just a transaction — it’s personal. With Natascha, I always felt supported, well-advised, and in safe hands.

I can wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated, experienced, and trustworthy real estate agent.

Thank you, Natascha, for many years of outstanding support.

I have worked with and collaborated with Sunshine Inmo for well over 15 years. Natasha is always very helpful, professional and a pleasure to work with. Highly recomend

We had a great experience buying a property with Sunshine Immo and would recommend this real estate agency to anyone! Natascha has been amazing for us, she never rushed us, has been very patient, thorough, professional, and always gave us her honest opinion and great advices! It was a real pleasure working with her and we would choose her again if ever needed (but because she helped us find our dream home we may never move again 😉 ). Thank you Sunshine Immo!!

Natasha and Anca did a great job in selling our Property. Communication went smoothly and they were always there to answer our questions and guide us through the process. Thank you very much.
I certainly recommend you.

Natascha was the sellers representative for our recent purchase of a Finca outside Coin. But she very quickly became our direct link to the seller

Hugely efficient and professional. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
