So everything went well, pre booking, communications seemed good. When we arrived the staff were all friendly, we had a party booked for our son’s 13th birthday, for him and 14 friends, 15 total.
Unfortunately there was a communication issue between me and my wife and we forgot to pay the balance.
On the way back we received a call from a man who was very rude. We explained that it was an honest mistake and that we would transfer the balance immediately by bank transfer, as we had the deposit. Which we did.
We then received several WhatsApp messages from this gentleman, accusing us of bad parenting and generally being dishonest.
In all my years of going to dozens of kids parties I can honestly say it’s a disgraceful way to treat customers.
On reflection the place is a little tired and in my view there are some glaring safety issues, so I would NOT recommend this place at all, there’s plenty of other places that appreciate good paying customers and offer better safer experiences.

Amazing place for birthday parties!
Super Jump family were very professional and friendly since the first approach to book the party until the last minute. All the information was sent in an organized way and we haven’t had any issues. The tables were reserved and set up according to the description and we were allowed to bring cake and balloons. The pizzas were good and there’s also a small bar with some tapas and drinks very convenient for the parents along with the outside area.
The children had so much fun and I’m happy to come back again!

Fun spot for the kids for about an hour. Can get very crowded on weekends.
