They told me they weren't painting the bumper because the insurance company hadn't authorized it, and that "that's just how it is," saying they couldn't find the expert's report. After contacting the company, we saw that they had authorized the painting and billed the insurance company for it.
I took my car in for a front-end collision.
Great customer service, very polite and friendly staff. Excellent bodywork and paint job. They attended to me quickly and handled the assessment, checking both the exterior and interior. Very happy, I highly recommend them.
