The internet service is terrible; it keeps going down, and when you try to call to get it fixed, they don't even answer. I've been trying to get through for over 30 minutes. I absolutely do not recommend it; it's been a very bad experience.

What's most frustrating is that, despite their own mistakes, they threaten to cut off service for non-payment, even when the problem stems from their own billing.
A very disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service and professional support.
Terrible company supposedly offering "fiber optic" internet. A complete rip-off with their bills, zero solutions, and on top of that, they cut off the line without offering any solution and keep sending bills.
Terrible internet service, it constantly goes down and they try to rip you off with the bill, not to mention the awful customer service.
May 26, 2024. I have no internet and they haven't contacted me about it. There's no support number. (There were problems on September 24, 2023, and they did notify me then.) They should at least give some explanation, since we have to pay today's bill as well.
*Just so you know, the network has changed and we have to re-enter the password on all devices. A silly thing they could have at least warned us about.
