I have to give them a 5 out of 5 because I couldn't have been more delighted with the experience. First, the phone call was excellent; they were very kind and explained everything to me: how they work, the approximate arrival and repair times, the price, etc. Then, they were incredibly quick to come to my house, even though it was peak season for them (they only took two days to arrive, right in the middle of July). And finally, the technician who came was not only very kind and friendly but also very efficient and fast; he fixed my air conditioning in just one hour.
