It's truly shameful that there aren't any signs in stores warning which products are non-refundable. I bought a quality brush, a €140 hairdryer, hair dye, etc., and I needed to exchange the brush for a larger one, and they told me exchanges weren't allowed, and that it was explained on the back of the receipt... It's a bad joke; you buy something, pay for it, and then find out they can't give you an exchange... they might as well laugh in your face after you pay. Of course, I'm never setting foot in that store again.

In my experience, Zelos color masks are of impressive quality. They provide color, even without bleaching, and leave hair very moisturized. I've tried other brands, and I'm sticking with this one 100%.
I had to go buy a fuchsia tinted face mask. I called ahead to ask if they had it in stock because it's a hard product to find, and they confirmed they only had their own brand. Since I really needed it, I tried it and I'm super happy with the result. The color intensity is unbeatable, I'm thrilled, let's see how it holds up in the long run 😊😊
I was treated very kindly, I must say. I was looking for a color rinse, the kind that washes out. They didn't have the brand I wanted, and the saleswoman recommended another one. I told her I didn't want permanent dye, and she assured me it was just a color rinse. I didn't buy it because I wasn't sure about the color, so I got something else. When I got home and looked up what they had offered me online, it turned out to be a permanent, ammonia-free dye. Thank goodness I didn't buy it.
