I give five stars to Andres. Even though we didn't end up buying an iPhone on credit, Andres was super helpful and did his best to help us achieve our goal. We appreciate him very much; this guy is a true professional.

UPDATE 30/01/2026: The delivery company haven't given me any update about my MacBook Pro since 27/01/2026. They just say they are investigating, and FNAC DON'T DO ANYTHING. NOTHING.

THEY DON'T GIVE ANOTHER COMPUTER AND DON'T REFUND MY MONEY. I WILL HAVE TO GO TO THE POLICE.

DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY, DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, THEY DON'T HAVE REAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT, JUST AI MESSAGES.

For me, the worst in all of this is how FNAC is acting like they do not have any responsibility. I paid for the computer for FNAC, not to Paack. If they have not proved in 48 hours that they delivered the computer to me or to an identified neighbour, FNAC should give me another computer or my money back. If FNAC hired an untrustworthy delivery company is not my fault at all. I'm really surprised by how a big company like FNAC can agree with this absurd situation.

I will send you the police report later today, and will open the dispute with the credit card. Hope Amazon steal all your clients, and no one has to deal with what I'm dealing with. This MacBook Pro was a dream, and you transformed in a nightmare. Worst customer support of my entire life.

I bought a macbook pro and it is as delivered but I did not receive it!!!!! I was at home the whole day! No one called me!!!!!!

Nice, but limited selection of english-language books, but I managed to find one.

Descent store, but poor CD catalogue. Went on to buy flamenco cds but only found rubbish pop music.

A big thank you to Juanjo and Laura for their excellent customer service ,professional and friendly manner. Juanjo dealt with my issue and made me feel like a valued customer. He has got great skill and Fnac are lucky to have him. Laura filled in some forms for me and was very pleasant and patient .Also thank you to the manger who emailed me as soon as my product came in .
