About the neighbourhood: Palma-Palmilla
Residential district north of the centre, on the left bank of the Guadalmedina. The area is mainly social-housing blocks built between the 1960s and 1980s, organised around Plaza Palma de Mallorca. Bounded by Cruz de Humilladero to the south and Bailén-Miraflores to the east. Several bus lines link it to the city centre in 10-15 minutes, and the MA-20 ring road provides road access to the rest of the metropolitan area.

It's appalling that a sales assistant named Ángeles was incredibly unprofessional. After waiting half an hour for my turn, a security guard from Prosegur, a friend of hers, arrived and she served him because he was on duty and in a hurry, even though instead of being at his post she was in this store making a return. I will never shop at this deplorable chain again.
Terrible experience. I was given a gold chain as a gift in July, and in August it broke when I touched it. It's supposed to have a one-year warranty, so I took it to the store for repairs. The repair service told me it couldn't be fixed and offered me another one for €45. It was a gift, and I'm not going to pay for it to break again and not be repaired. They offered no solution, claiming I accidentally hooked it, which I didn't, and that I can't prove it. In short, the person who gave it to me wasted their money, and the store, despite the warranty, won't take responsibility.
The shop assistants are awful and unpleasant, and you can go when it should be open and they close for no reason.
