Terrible terrible terrible! Seem to not care at all and dress came back exact same as I left it and she even cut off part of the headpiece so she could wash but sewed it on terribly making it even worse than it was before. They really do a bad job at cleaning and took 96 euro refusing to even give anything back even though nothing was cleaned! She told me they tried 3 times but Iv spoke with a lot of cleaners and they told me the dress should bid been cleaned to a better standard. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Horrible! They shrank my Hugo Boss dresses and shirts, doesn't seem like they know how to read labels before dry cleaning.. I would not recommend them service to anyone.

My curtains were returned torn and they did not tell me. I had to steam press them myself as they were so badly ironed. I was very disappointed with the work.
