A HORRIBLE experience! I took a new beige linen suit jacket that I'd barely worn for a day. When I went to pick it up, it was ruined. They had used a very harsh product, and the jacket was faded, patchy, and stained, with color bleeding into places where I hadn't even brought the jacket in for the cleaning. The woman didn't say anything to me at first, and when she saw it, she said, "The stains couldn't have come out." Not even a simple "I'm sorry, this happened..." She told me she could refund me €9.50 for the cleaning, on a brand new jacket that cost me €80! Awful. In the end, they kept the jacket and didn't give me a single euro back. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CLOTHES THERE AGAIN.
