Completely fixed phone on short notice.

Water-damaged phoned needed fixing within 24h (flight departed the next day). Luiz performed an ultrasonic cleaning and phone worked perfectly upon pick-up.

So disgusted!!!
I came here to repair my iPhone. First they asked if it should be “NORMAL” or premium glass. I just needed a normal glass and bought it for 150€.
They placed som weird screen protection plastic on the screen and I was happy at first and left. This plastic would later that day flip up from my phone..
I tried to put it back with a gentle slide with my fingernail. It results of the “normal” glass to break a again right after fixing… I’m going back down to them after work where they say that they can’t do anything an out it, and I have to pay another 150€ if it should be fixed again!! I ofcause complain because I feel it’s rude and ask them to please do something, and they contact their boss. They gives me a 50% off on the screen which I accept, not gladly because they put the plastic wrong on my phone… i asked if it would be possible to do the premium and just do the amount of discount there because I felt the “normal” screen was too fragile and easy breaking and I did not trust it…
They said no. In the end I accept the offer because of cause I need a normal screen.

IF I should have my phone fixed for free MAYBE. They should ship my phone for a few days so the “provider”
It was not sure if they could do anything or it would cost med less.

What I come to find out now is, that the “normal” screen is a fake product and it is the reason my phone can’t do call normally anymore. Messenger, watch app and other places is completely fine, but the glass is not an Apple product. So 150€ for fake products. The other one is 230€ if I remember right, but that might be the REAL NORMAL glass.

Kind service people, nothing there, but service and products should match the things they get in.
If u want to get your phone fixed find someone else to do it or buy the “premium glass” for overprice!
Would NEVER recommend someone to get scammed here with bad products.

Terrible experience. I went to this shop to get my phone repaired, and from the very first moment, they tried to confuse me with excuses and delays, as if they had no interest in doing the job.

They told me the repair would be extremely expensive and that I would have to wait between 10 and 15 days, which is completely unreasonable. It sounds more like an attempt to scare off the customer than a genuine diagnosis.

For comparison, I went to another nearby shop, and in just an hour and a half, my phone was fixed for a price that was absolutely nothing like what they wanted to charge me here.

In conclusion: unprofessional, completely unacceptable, and a feeling that they were trying to take advantage of me. I absolutely do not recommend them.
