Gaslighting
1. Calls to book an appointment but is informed only telephone appointments to give Alta
2. Waits for call on appointment but none calls
3. Walks in 9 am next day to be told there is no cita come next day
4.Walks in next day to be told they called me 5 times and tries to use another call log on my phone to gaslight me and shout at me
5. Finally gets attended to be told to come another day

The worst experience ever, pretty much lazy staff
Don't even bother calling - the call centre staff won't give you cita presencial
