An amazing toy store, with a huge variety and options for all ages. Every year I come here to buy Christmas presents for my children and I always leave very happy.
The staff is excellent. They are patient, help you choose, and answer questions with great willingness. Something I especially appreciate is that, even if the toy wasn't bought there, if they have parts available they usually offer help or repairs, which demonstrates a very friendly and professional approach.
Overall, a trustworthy store with a great atmosphere and very pleasant customer service. Highly recommended, especially for big purchases like Christmas or Three Kings' Day.
I'd like to highlight Mary's excellent service. Every time I go, she treats me wonderfully and helps me with everything I need. Congratulations to her! She's one of the best employees I've ever encountered. I wish everyone were like her. I'll keep coming back. Thank you, Mary.
I don't usually write reviews, but in this case, I think it's only fair, given the dedication and kindness of the staff, especially the man (I don't know his name) who served me. I've been there several times, and I've always been struck by his willingness to help and the joy he brings to his work. I wish everyone were like that; life would be so much easier.
