I've been competing since 2009, and from my experience in combat sports, this is one of the few gyms in the province that instills excellent values and discipline in its members.
The trainers not only care about your physical condition but also become very good friends. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to get started in combat sports or compete at the highest level in the best events.
A gym where you can train professionally or for fun in a healthy, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for both adults and children.
Great gym, great training atmosphere, camaraderie, spectacular and well-maintained facilities, and on top of that, some of the best athletes in the world train there, such as Daniel Puertas Gallardo.
