We visited your store today 1st September 2025. I am English and my wife Spanish. The shop assistant on the till just sat and looked at the till when we arrived. No assistance at all, presumed she did not own the shop as was very unhelpful, not friendly, as if she could not be bothered. She eventually got my Wife some shoes to try on, but did not even say, try both on to see if ok. We did buy a pair of expensive shoes. Very Very bad experience, would not go back again.

Very very bad ... the sailors re not professional..they speak they speak and not busy

I don't know if being unfriendly is a must to work as a sales assistant in this store. I've been twice, and the ones there all seem to be cut from the same cloth.
I imagine they were annoyed that I picked up an online order because they weren't getting the commission... even so... I don't think that attitude is necessary.
