Velero Ocean Cruiser Benalmádena

I had the great pleasure to do a trip on the Ocean Cruiser and I urge anyone looking to do a boat trip/charter to go on this vessel. The Ocean Cruiser has the proud heritage of having sailed twice round the world and has been on tv. This is a true classic yacht and to be able to share in this heritage for a 15€/20€ boat trip is incredible ! The owners are passionate about the sea and their customers and if you want a great day out, please book this yacht. The yacht is quality and the crew are quality. You can charter for yourself and crew or as a passenger with others. Saïd is the salesman who will sell you the ticket and the yacht is situated inside the Marina nearer to the Metro restaurant. Ask for Saïd ! Top guy ! 👍

DO NOT USE! They made us pay for commission cost otherwise wouldn’t take us on the journey because their bank charged them for the payment. Had I known this I would’ve paid cash on arrival as this cost me an additional €18 on top of the already €20 per person (and charged €15 euros for a 1 year old and we were told there would be a space for him but there wasn’t)

There was a total of 10 people (11 including my 1 year old son) on the boat however it was a very squeezed fit and uncomfortable.

And the free ‘drink’ you get on board is a very small plastic cup with a mouthful of drink in.

Very disappointed by the whole service, and even after all of those points we still didn’t get to see any dolphins - which we know isn’t guaranteed but with all the other let downs we hoped there would be a plus.

Beautiful boat and the most amazing captain and crew. Always such a smooth and fun trip. We always go out to sea with ocean cruiser each time we visit the marina. I would highly recommend this to everyone x

I came all the way to Benalmadena to take my 2.5 year old son on a boat ride. After paying and getting on the boat with him, they told me they miscounted the number of people and asked us to leave. Really? They don’t know how to count? My boy was so sad!
