I have dealt with various sofa companys over the years and I found Vittello to be miles ahead of them all in quality and service. Marie made us very welcome and was exceptionaly helpful in making all the arrangements for the purchase and delivery of our sofas, both in Spain and in England. The both arrived at the arranged time and on both occassions, the delivery team were excellent. As for the quality of the sofas, this goes without saying. They are far better than we expected and all our family and friends are overwelmed with them. I wouild deffinately recommend Vittello to anyone looking for quality furniture

However, when we decided to get a different sofa, trying to get back the deposit was impossible.
I'm glad we didn't purchase from them in the end because if this is how their customer service works, then if we had any issues with the sofa, we would never hear back from them.
Left bad taste in mouth.
The whole experience was good. We received a lot of attention in the store in Torremolinos Carrefour Centre from Gianluca. The sofa we bought is nice and comfortable, design and colors were as selected. Gianluca is kind and has a lot of patience to explain all the features and details of the product. Thank you for your help and support on the delivery as well.
Great sevice by Mayi in Malaga. Top quality sofa’s, tailor-made on personal specs, but still very reasonably priced. Can surely recommend!
I cannot fault the service from Vitello from beginning to end for a new sofa..beginning with lovely Sandra and it was delivered today and the 2 men who came earlier today were quick considerate and even swept up after themselves cannot fault the service at all please go to Vitello for a friendly and efficient service
