I arrived at 3pm and the website and Google say its open until 7pm. I took a taxi 25 minutes out here from my hotel and nobody was there. I messaged the WhatsApp listed multiple times before arriving as well and never got a response.

Watersports Málaga is a watersports rental center located at Playa El Dedo in El Palo, Málaga. It offers rentals and courses for banana boats, efoils, kayaks, paddle surf, hydrofoils, wakeboards, and wingfoils, operating year-round.
The Eastern district stretches along the coast from La Malagueta beach to the village-like fishing quarter of El Palo. It contains some of the city's most distinctive areas: La Malagueta (urban beach next to the port), Pedregalejo (palm-lined seafront paseo, traditional espetos), El Palo (working fishing community and casual chiringuitos), and El Limonar / Cerrado de Calderón (residential hillside with sea views). Local buses 11 and 34 connect the entire strip to the city centre. The seafront promenade is continuous and walkable end-to-end.

The service was horrible. Asked if it will be okay to to swim on paddle sup as it was pretty windy. The guy said yes and told us to swim to the left sight of the sea.
Conclusion- it was not possible to swim for a petite lady 50kg
Aster 30 minutes of fighting for the life near the rocks went to the guy to ask for something else instead of the paddle. He said he has nothing else for the 2 of us. When we asked to return the half of the money (which is 10 euros) sad no :)
he was unbothered and didn’t give a damn anyway. So thanks for nothing
My experience with these guys was disappointing. To begin with, the website says they open at 11:00, and in good faith, we arrived at that time. When we got there, to our surprise, a sign said they opened at 12:00, which is already a big mistake. But to make matters worse, we waited for them to open until 1:30 PM, and nobody showed up. We returned in the afternoon, since we were only at that beach for a couple of days, and when it was finally open, we asked the employee what time they opened. Besides being rude and bitter, answering in monosyllables, he lied to us, saying they opened at 12:00. Finally, the website says the pedal boats cost €30/hour, but they charged us €35. It's a shame, but I find the whole thing very unprofessional.
We went with a large group of children and the experience at Watersports Málaga was simply perfect. All the equipment, from the pedal boats to the paddleboards and the banana boat, was like new, very well maintained, and safe. The children had a fantastic time, especially with the banana boat, which was the most fun for them. The staff was very attentive, patient, and lovely with the little ones, which was greatly appreciated. They made us feel very comfortable at all times. A highly recommended plan for families who want to enjoy the sea in a relaxed and fun environment!
