My go-to nail place in Málaga! They do such a fantastic job with my nails, I always leave so satisfied. I’ve had all of the girls do my nails before and they’ve all done so well and pay attention to detail, making sure they look perfect when I leave. The prices are fair and everyone is friendly. I look forward to my appointments and will continue going here and only here 💖 The photo is of my favorite nail style I’ve ever gotten. The photo doesn’t even do them justice, the attention to detail (the hairs on the kiwi!!!!) is insane. I’m obsessed!

My experience is disappointing. I explained the situation as I am travelling and made sure to know that they will contact you the day before to confirm your appointment.
They didn't even call. When i called after loosing my appointment they didn't even react, was very ignorant on the phone, saying they was so busy that they had forgotten my appointment that I had made personally at the place, they wrote down my details in their book. They should have at least called me when it was my appointment.
I was waiting in Malaga especially for this appointment.

Terrible experience and very unprofessional service.
I had a pre-booked and paid appointment for a manicure, pedicure, and another service. After my manicure was finished, I was told that the person who was supposed to do my pedicure wasn't there yet and was "on her way." I waited for about half an hour without anyone being able to tell me clearly when she would arrive.
Since I had been waiting for quite a while, I went out for a few minutes to buy a Coca-Cola. The girl arrived while I was out, and when I returned less than five minutes later, she had already left. The most unbelievable thing is that it wasn't even the scheduled time for my pedicure, which was 6:00 PM. Even so, she decided to leave, and later they told me she wouldn't be coming back to see me.
I spoke to her on the phone to try to resolve the situation, and the treatment was even worse: a very unpleasant and arrogant attitude, even telling me she was the boss, instead of trying to find a solution after I was the one who had to wait due to the center's disorganization.
Furthermore, I also had another service booked, and they didn't provide it or give me any explanation.
I find this especially egregious considering that services are paid for in advance. If a client books, pays in advance, and then patiently waits for a delay from the center itself, the least they can do is fulfill the contracted services or find a suitable solution.
Very poor organization, terrible customer service, and an experience I would not repeat. I do not recommend it.
