Yoga Centre Flow

I attended Ivana’s hatha class when I visited Malaga recently. I had emailed first to check I could borrow a yoga mat and Ivana was so warm and welcoming from that first interaction. This practice was wonderful. Ivana is an exceptional instructor and guide. It’s more than asana, Ivana creates a grounding and spiritual context for the practice which continues throughout. We performed some wonderful
Flows with some balance work - Ivana incorporates different elements into the practice which I loved. If I was able to attend weekly, my practice would advance quite quickly - Ivana’s cuing and adjustments were really helpful. If I return to Malaga, I will certainly book onto as many classes as I can fit in.

Ivana is truly one of my favorite yoga teachers in the world. I absolutely love her style, deeply spiritual, but with a cool, effortless vibe that makes the class feel both powerful and uplifting. The energy in the room, the flow, the atmosphere… everything was just beautiful.

If you have the chance to practice with Ivana, don’t miss it. She’s something really special ❤️

Ivana is a great teacher and so welcoming! She delivers the class effortlessly in English and Spanish… so impressive…. and she clearly has a wealth of yoga teaching experience. She works with awareness of both the mind and body in her teaching.
