Xanit Hospital

When you think a private hospital is great but it's a horrible experience. They are so slow at everything. The took them one and a half day to do a simple test that I had done in other hospitals within hours and that could make me stay to night to increase the bill. Their English is very limited so it is almost impossible to interact with the doctors.

Even at checkout it took more than two hours from seeing a doctor to be released from the hospital. Never experienced anything this slow before.

Great hospital! I was in there for 9 days, with severe pneumonia and heartfailure, felt very weak. The cardiologist and internist Laura did their best to help me with new medication and succeeded to reset me after years of trouble! What a great job they did for me! And the nurses took very good care of me too, were very nice and accurate! Thanks to everyone! Best regards, Paulus, room 261

I went to the emergency room in Benalmadera around 2 am on 17/6 with acute prostatitis.
Urine sample, blood draw, as is proper. “Sir, we need to start a course of antibiotics, so you will have to stay.” So far so good.
I lay in bed in the emergency room for two hours without anything happening, and suddenly someone came to tell me that the admission was cancelled because the Hospital was full and that my DKV insurance wouldn't pay after all, which is pure nonsense. I was kicked out without medication, well, a prescription on a Sunday morning.
Where I will find medication on a Sunday morning around the village Alozaina??? I felt like a stray dog, a sick one at that with high fever.
I wonder what happened there.
I contacted my insurance company DKV and they assured me by email that the hospital did NOT contact them in connection with my admission.

I have already sent two emails to Xanit requesting an explanation. No response...

Super professional. Happy to have my private insurance. Best private hospital on Costa del Sol. Have been unlucky to have been here for about 4 weeks all in all. But all good.
