I called and was answered by an administrative assistant who didn't even give the firm's name or introduce himself.
I asked if I was calling a lawyer, and he asked me what I wanted, in a tone of voice that made it seem like I was bothering him.
I gave my name and tried to explain my case, but he interrupted me to say I had to make an appointment, that he was just an administrative assistant (all said very rudely).
And I don't make an appointment with a lawyer without knowing if they can actually defend my case or not. A lawyer isn't a psychologist you pay to listen to you. This lack of professionalism starts with the phone service. I highly doubt a good lawyer would accept an administrative assistant like that on their team.
I don't believe the positive reviews because it's impossible to talk to the lawyer without first accepting the "lack of motivation" of the person answering the phone.
