The service was awful. We went in with a friend, and the saleswoman acted like we didn't exist. We left without saying anything, and that's when she started yelling at us. She was cleaning and never stopped, even after we'd been there waiting for several minutes. I'm sorry, there are too many lottery shops in Malaga for products that cost the same. As long as that woman is there, we won't be back.

I've been a customer for over 30 years. When I moved to Cantabria, they continued to provide the same service. They send my lottery tickets by courier, quickly and without any problems. Everything is perfect. The telephone communication is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them. I'm sure I'll win the jackpot this year.

I'm from outside Malaga, and that day I bought several Christmas lottery tickets (about 30) of a specific number. I called, and the woman told me they didn't have any but that she would try to sort it out. She called me back shortly after, and through the website, I was able to get the 5 tickets I needed. The service couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. I'm extremely happy and grateful. Without a doubt, from now on, even if it's through the website, this will be my go-to lottery retailer. By the way, I placed the order yesterday at 12:30 in the morning and today at 11:39 in the morning the delivery of the lottery tickets was already made. So they couldn't be more efficient.
