The lottery vendor is extremely unfriendly and very rude...he shouldn't be working with the public.

Málaga's historic core, bounded by the Guadalmedina river to the west, the port to the south and the slopes of Mount Gibralfaro to the east. The district contains the Cathedral, the Roman Theatre, the Alcazaba fortress, the Picasso Museum and the Pompidou Centre, plus the main shopping street Calle Marqués de Larios. Inside Distrito Centro sit the well-known sub-areas of Centro Histórico, Soho, La Merced and Lagunillas. The area is almost entirely pedestrianised, served by Metro Atarazanas and the Málaga–Centro Alameda rail station.

With the kind of friendliness that man has, I doubt he'll bring me luck.
It's a lottery outlet like any other, nothing particularly remarkable. The place is small, it has the bare minimum and little else, but ultimately it provides the expected service. Ideal if you're in the area and want to try your luck without too much hassle.
