In July, I bought a Christmas lottery ticket, which I shared with several colleagues, but I've lost it. I contacted the office, and from the very first moment, they were incredibly helpful and even told me how to buy the same number again, where to buy it, and they sent it to my home address, etc. I highly recommend them for their kindness, friendliness, and excellent customer service.
I went to collect some lottery tickets with the refund and a very kind woman helped me, I will come back another day to buy at this office.
These guys are as nice as can be! And I don't know why... but this year I have a feeling they're going to win the lottery at the administration office!
If you want great service and extra friendliness, head over to La Victoria! You'll be glad you did! 😉
