Booked our apartment last year through Janette. We received a very efficient service from the whole team at Ultimate Estates , everyone was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble with any questions we had.
Our Apartment was in Arruzafa Playa and was exactly as described on their website.
We have already booked again for March and November 2026 and also March 2027.
The Location of these apartments are absolutely fabulous directly on the beach and boardwalk.
We wouldn't use anyone else now and recommend them very highly.
Thank you to the whole team at Ultimate Estates.
Shirley, Frank , & Yvonne.

The apartment was great with easy access on foot from the door to all amenities. The views from the balcony are stunning day and night. The sound of the sea is fabulous. The apartment was exceptionally clean with a well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of room.
The one star reduction was due to the steps as we are getting a bit older and our knees just about held out.
We will hopefully be back.

Excellent service from Ultimate Estates. Communication was great throughout the process, and they made something that could have been quite complicated feel very straightforward and easy. Professional, helpful and efficient from start to finish.
Thank you and see you again soon.

Our experience with ultimate estates has been fantastic from start to finish. They sold our two apartments and the service was excellent from the start. Emma and her team are so helpful and friendly and their knowledge of the property markets and Spanish litigation is excellent. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of buying or selling to use Ultimate you won’t be disappointed. Emma was absolutely brilliant helping me
