We recently had two new Mitsubishi air conditioning systems installed, one for each floor of our home, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience.

From the very first contact to the final installation, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. The team was knowledgeable, punctual, and made us feel confident throughout the whole process. The installation itself was carried out to a very high standard.

After the installation, we noticed that one of the units wasn't performing as expected. We contacted the team, and they responded immediately. They quickly identified the cause, resolved the issue on the spot, and made sure everything was working perfectly.

We used Electronics Experience to install a new AC system in our flat in Estepona, and we are honestly really happy with them.

From the start, communication was great. Daniella responded quickly when I first reached out and helped arrange an appointment with a technician, which really helped. They all spoke English, which made things much easier for me.

During the initial visit, Aaron answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. Sean then followed up with a quote by email, and while I was deciding, he checked in and even let me know about a deal that had just started, so we ended up getting a discount on the system, which was a nice bonus.

I wasn’t there for the installation, but my husband was, and he’s not easy to impress, and he had no complaints (which says a lot!). He said the team was on time, professional, answered all his questions, showed him how everything works and how to clean the filters, and left the place clean and tidy.

We both have busy schedules, so it really helped that they were flexible and worked around our availability.

Overall, a really good experience and I would definitely recommend them.
